This beautifully decorated home belongs to Philip and Nicky Tyers, the design team of Colonial House Design which they opened 17 years ago. They spent nine months transforming the house into ” one that would accommodate a modern lifestyle in a traditional framwork”, as Philip describes it. The mansion’s exterior may surprise you though, although it looks as if it is a property that has been handed down through the generations, it was actually built in the 1960’s. pb

ECLECTIC LIVING HOME 
This place is amazing! I love how the designers at Colonial House Design used large pieces of acessories to create such a dramatic effect. The sitting area with the large portrait, owl, geisha girl , dress, all play such a large part in the space as well as the sculptural pieces. PLUS the pops of fun color keep it fresh
