Baroque paintings were the inspiration for this series of photographs, Cockaignesque, which refers to a mythical land of plenty, and are the creation of photographer Helen Sobiralski. The Berlin, Germany-based artist won several awards for the series that focused on the opulence and drama of the Baroque period.
