Minimalist Style


I am not always a fan of minimalism, however, this space designed by James Magni avoids the normal “cold empty box” syndrome.  He explains, “This is a place where serenity and otherworldliness are a function of pristine open spaces, seamless fields of white stone, sunlight, water, and sky.  “He wanted the house to be very ethereal and spare, with no boundaries or limits, because he doesn’t have any in his own mind,” Magni says of his enterprising client. “He had a clear vision of how he wanted to live.”
