Photography: Mark Liata
Absolutely stunning images from Mark Liata, Detroit native, who discovered photography at age 10 when his family moved to Chicago. He began assisting commercial photographers after high school and went on to attend Northern Illinois University, University of Illinois, and Columbia College where he received his BA in photography.
After moving to Los Angeles in 1986 Mark established his reputation of award winning work for clients such as Adidas, Visa, Mercedes-Benz, and Van Cleef and Arpels. His work was used for 10 years to introduce Apple Computer’s iPod, iMac, and other devices. His work was also chosen for the introduction of BMW’s Mini in 2001.
